Suggestion for MX console

From build 3044 the development baton passed to Mark Crossley. Mark has been responsible for all the Builds since. He has made the code available on GitHub. It is Mark's hope that others will join in this development, but at the very least he welcomes your ideas for future developments (see Cumulus MX Development suggestions).

Suggestion for MX console

Post by jpsc »

Change the wording of the indicators at the bottom according to their status
eg
Green? No record Green Data flowing Green Up to date
Red? New record Red Data stopped Red Update available

The question marks are because I'm not sure I understood what the first one is actually saying

It's strange seeing Data stopped next to a green indicator, likewise green next to Update available makes me think there is one

The scheme was/is:

Gray - alarm disabled
Green - alarm enabled, but not triggered
Red - alarm triggered

But now disabled alarms are not shown at all to avoid clutter.

Basically, green is good, red is bad.
