I have successfully signed up at WOW, and data uploads are working.
The only options for wind speeds at WOW are mph, knots and metres per second.
In Australia the BOM uses km/h, and also my station has been recording wind speeds as kilometres per hour for nearly ten years. I really have no intention to change.
At the moment I've selected knots, but have no idea what that does to the displayed obs at WOW.
My question is, do I just not report wind speeds?
Thanks in expectation

Re: WOW Wind speeds
The selection you make at WOW only affects the display of the data, it doesn't affect the uploading of the data, which is handled by Cumulus. As it happens, wind speeds are always uploaded in mph.
