SLcam is a program I wrote a while ago for grabbing images from a webcam (anything which is recognised by Windows as a camera) and uploading them to a web site at a set interval.
Unfortunately, I have lost the source code. I do have an executable, which I may make available, but the lack of source code makes it rather difficult to maintain!
