Neat Display features

On Configuration/Display I set:

Wind gauge animation factor to " 100" - Now the needle moves more like the needle in a mechanical gauge whenever there's a change in wind speed. (YMMV depending on processor, speed, etc.)


Wind gauge range to " 5" - Now the wind gauge always displays (adjusts to) the "definition" appropriate to the current conditions.

Clever programming on Steve's(?) part.
