Does everybody know about http://www.gaisma.com already? I just found it. Once your location is identified, you get nice graphs of the sun location, along with the ASDC 2002 weather summaries by month (useful in populating the NOAA configuration).

EDIT: Make sure you set your preferences, so the units look like you want them, and it will set your home location.
