Wind Graph

Post by tomcatuk »

Hi Steve thought I would just send you a couple of snapshots of the wind graphic before closing down and then after restarting... might be nothing but thought I would report it anyway...
I have noticed it before do it but forgot to report it, just updated to latest beta..

Yes, Cumulus only logs the average wind direction, so there's only one set of values in the log to redraw the graphs at startup. The station itself only logs one set of values anyway, so any data that's downloaded from the station from while Cumulus isn't running would also only have set of points. Most of the graphs look a bit different after a restart, depending on the logging interval you've set, and where the data actually came from.
