Wind Child and Heat Index on Cumulus

Post by hqrgro »

Hello to all,
I have installed cumulus an my PC whit meteo station WS1080.
I have see that in the outside temperature graphic there are 4 trends:
- out temp
- wind child
- heat index
- dew point

but on my graphic (and also on Meteo station) the wind child, heat index and outside temperature have everytime the same value.
Why? Something wrong on configuration of my meteo station?

Thank a lot.
Best regards
Giorgio

Wind chill only applies when the wind speed is above 4.8 kph and the temperature is below 10C. (The temp cutoff is an option in Cumulus, but should really always be set).
Heat index only applies when the temperature is above 27C and the humidity is above 40%.

The rest of the time they are the same as the ambient temperature.
