I was trying to help a new user set up there login at Ecowitt.net and stupidly logged myself out of the browser access to the Dashboard.
I cannot find how to log back in. The "Your Name" bit just says "Logout" and "Reset to Default View" and none of the other Icons in the view do anything!!
Anyone know how to log back in (and I have already tried the WSView App and that doesn't seem to have a login either).

Re: Ecowitt.net login
If you have a logout choice then doesn't that mean you are already logged in?

Re: Ecowitt.net login
Yes I would agree Freddie, but if I choose an option it tells me that I have to have logged in with a User ID.
Think I will try a support email to Ecowitt!! Just thought someone might have come up against this problem and knew the solution.

Re: Ecowitt.net login
I just tried to logout and as soon as I did it came up with the correct login screen and I was able to login again. I suggest you clear cookies for Ecowitt and clear your browser cache. Then see what happens.

Re: Ecowitt.net login
Hmm tried that and it didn't work, until I discovered that MS Edge has a time period it deletes cached files and cookies etc. over.
Once I set that to ALL TIME it worked!!
Didn't realise that EDGE had such a facility, thought that if you told it to delete cached files and cookies it would do everything!! Must be a new feature they put in the browser!!
