I have my website set to update every 10 minutes, and found this piece of code that will automatically refresh the webpage at a predetermined interval -
<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="300" >
Where the number is the interval in seconds. Just copy the code into the <head> and adjust the number accordingly
(I know you guys probalby know this already)
