b3257 v3.27.0 - Known issues

There were quite a lot of changes in b3257, I'll track the confirmed issues here:
- Debug mode in the upload.php script does not work on some servers (web server software/PHP module issue) - Fixed for next build
- SQLite corruption recovery can crash MX on start-up - Fixed for next build
Workaround: Stop MX and delete the file /data/cumulusmx.db - PHP uploads do not send any data when the server does not support compression (or network was down when MX tested compression at start-up. This problem has existed since the implementation of PHP uploads! - Fixed for next build
