I was fiddling with weatherwizz to see if I could get it to work with alexa and cumulus.

Having read the resource I thought it would have been a simple drop in

Code: Select all

https://api.weatherwizz.com/api/cupdate?stationid=xxxxxxxxxx&auth=xxxxxxxxxwd=<#RecentWindDir>&ws=<#wspeed dp=1>&g=<#wlatest dp=1>&oc=<#temp>&r=<#rfall>&rh=<#rhour>&ap=<#press>&od=<#dew>&h=<#hum>&uv=<#UV>&oma=<#tempTH>&omi=<#tempTL>&wc=<#wchill>&it=<#intemp>&rr=<#rrate>&rm=<#rmonth>&ry=<#ryear>&fl=<#feelslike>&hi=<#heatindex>&sr=<#SolarRad dp=1>&temp1=<#ExtraTemp1>&temp2=<#ExtraTemp2>&temp3=<#ExtraTemp3>&temp4=<#ExtraTemp4>&temp5=<#ExtraTemp5>&temp6=<#ExtraTemp6>&temp7=<#ExtraTemp7>&h1=<#ExtraHum1>&h2=<#ExtraHum2>&h3=<#ExtraHum3>&h4=<#ExtraHum4>&h6=<#ExtraHum6>&h7=<#ExtraHum7>&sm1=<#SoilMoisture1>&sm2=<#SoilMoisture2>&sm3=<#SoilMoisture3>&sm4=<#SoilMoisture4>&sm5=<#SoilMoisture5>&co2=<#CO2>&co2_24h=<#CO2-24h>&ls=<#LightningDistance>&ln=<#LightningStrikesToday>&pm25_ch1=<#AirQuality1>&pm25_ch2=<#AirQuality2>&pm25_avg_24h_ch1=<#AirQualityAvg1>&pm25_avg_24h_ch2=<#AirQualityAvg2>&pm25_co2=<#CO2-pm2p5>&pm25_24h_co2=<#CO2-pm2p5-24h>&pm10_co2=<#CO2-pm10>&pm10_24h_co2=<#CO2-pm10-24h>&gd=<#wgustTM dp=1>
like the example

Code: Select all

https://the_URL_here/your_api_here?winddir=<#avgbearing>&windspeedmph=<#wspeed>&windgustmph=<#wgust>&tempf=<#temp>&rainin=<#rhour>&baromin=<#press>&dewptf=<#dew>&humidity=<#hum>&uv=<#UV>
But I immediately get the error below - am I missing something really obvious, or have I just jumped in with both feet again?

Please see if there is anything in the MXdiags log for the time you get error or post it along with a date/time to look at.

Hi

Strangely enough when I received that error - I just assumed it wasn't saved to cumulus, I found no errors in the log but I did see it's reporting to weatherwizz --- soooo it's working?

thanks.

You've got a a quote ( " ) at the end of your example, is it also in your http call in CMX? As it needs to be removed.
