I'm interested in adding an outdoor webcam to my weather website. Anyone have any recommendations of what I should buy? Also what do I need to do time lapse or live streaming? Does live streaming take up a lot of bandwidth? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I use an ieGeek IG82 which can be purchased for 30-40 GBP. I use Motion software for image capture and time lapse creation. Bandwidth will depend on the resolution of the video data. I use 1920x1272 at 15 FPS, and can fit that into a maximum 250kbps. I say maximum as it is a lot lower at night, and much higher on bright days with non-uniform cloud.
