Daylight graphic not updating on iOS iPad

That graphic showing the daylight/ night ratio with an indicator showing the current time is no longer fully functioning on my iPad running iOS 12.5.5. It’s fine on my Windows PCs / laptop.
The ratio of daylight seems correct. Just the time of day indicator is stuck. I imagine it might be because 12.5.5 is not 100% compatible with it. Or the other way around.
Could anyone with an iPad check please and report your iOS version. I’ve had my iPad Air for 8 years.
