Are you sure the remote paths are correct? When you log in by ftp, what directory are you in at first? Are you perhaps already in the public_html directory, in which case removing "public_html/" from the front of the paths should fix it (or adding a leading "/" to make the path absolute might also work).

As Steve said your reatimegauges.txt must be uploading to the wrong place or your gauges.js is pointing to the wrong place to find it as if you run the page with diagnostics (F12) for network load you get a 404 File not found for realtimegauges.txt.

Hi

I am still having trouble with the gauges not changing to show the current conditions. I have attached a number of screenshots which show my settings. The gauges-ssT.htm file gets processed and ends up on the server but the realtimegaugesT.txt file doesn't seem to get processed. I have downloaded the latter file from the internet today and replaced what was there but it didn't make any difference.
Any help will be most appreciated.

Thanks

If your non-realtime files are being processed and appearing in the correct place, but that one realtime file isn't being processed, then probably you haven't enabled realtime and realtime FTP in the internet settings.

Your realtimeURL is wrong, it needs to be something that a web browser can use, not a filestore location on the FTP server. You probably want just "realtimegauges.txt", which is a relative URL which says that the file is to be found in the same place as the html page which requires it.

Hi

All OK now. Working perfectly. The prob was not having ticked the realtime bases.

Thanks for your help.
