Re: ajaxcounter does not reset somtime
The counter is reset when there is a successful fetch of realtime.txt AND there is a change in the time from the time in the prior realtime.txt
Fetch failure or fetch success with the new realtime.txt unchanged lets the counter keep incrementing. This will also happen if maxupdates is reached.

If the Updated:/@ is flashing green, then that indicates a fetch was done. If the fetch gets new data, then the counter resets. Nothing else to see as an indicator.

Try tools > Web Developer then Network tab OR Web console and Net tab - do a page refresh.n9mfk wrote:.... firefox is there any thing i can check when it happens to see what is doing it ?

You should be able to see all calls, if they were sucessful, and if the files requested were unchanged.
