Yes, I jumped the gun a bit with my check of the email logs. I can see that the email was sent to you at 10:20 UTC - about 4 minutes after the PM was sent. This makes sense, as I batch all notification emails to send every 5 minutes (and forgot that it was set up like that )

In the past I have checked my junk folder etc but to no avail.

I've checked the email logs over the past month, and all of your notification emails (about 300) were successfully handed over to asav.iinet.net.au. So no refusal to talk with my email server (it happens). Whatever/whoever filters out the missing notification emails is well downstream of the forum email server, so it is out of my hands, unfortunately.
