It's supposed to be there, it normally gives information about the items being plotted. Perhaps it's not displaying correctly in your browser.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

How embarrassing, Mine is like that but I was deleting some unwanted files off my webhost and I went back to my site to check it all looked ok.. and saw that white strip thinking I had stuffed it up..

its a custom template... Standard Cumulus Template doesn't come like that

Hi Dark,
Sorry, I was a little far due to Holiday!
If you want to keep that grey color for your graphs, maybe you can change
the color of the white stripe. You could go around line #59, you will find that section:
#descriptions {
position: relative;
height: 50px;
background: #FFF7E7;
You could simply change current color #FFF7E7;
with that grey: #C0C0C0
