I want to link a region within two web pages, when the content of a frame or column in one will appear in another page, and if the source page is updated the content in the target page reflects this.
I know how to run a whole page in a window, but here I want to include just part of a page.

Sorry Geoff, I'm really not sure what you are trying to achieve. Can you try explaining differently?
You really should try and avoid frames if possible -- they cause all sorts of issues.
