little editor for logs.txt (suggestion & help wanted)

Hello everyone,
Just a small suggestion, and help wanted, which certainly will aid all beginners (like me).
Does someone could create a small publisher in order to more easily correct log files? with, for example columns date, time, wind, rain ...
or something like that ?

I think it will aid the community. what do you think?

One of the functions is to allow you to edit all the log and configuration files used by Cumulus. The third screen shot shows the dayfile.txt being edited
