Coma to semicolon conversion

From build 3044 the development baton passed to Mark Crossley. Mark has been responsible for all the Builds since. He has made the code available on GitHub. It is Mark's hope that others will join in this development, but at the very least he welcomes your ideas for future developments (see Cumulus MX Development suggestions).

Coma to semicolon conversion

Hi,
Because in the past i used a weather software(FreeWxWI) which was working only with comma separated data, i have my data in this format.
I'd like to go with official french locales: semicolon for text separator and comma as decimal point.
I have 20 years of data (~250 files) to convert.
Does someone know an easy way (software or batchfile ) to achieve that ?
Perhaps it isn't a good idea ! :roll:
