Downloads fine for me on IE8 as well. On a quick trawl around the web, are you using a Proxy Server as this sort of error seems to be associated with that type of Internet connection.

When I first got Cumulus I had the same problem and I found this Topic https://cumulus.hosiene.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=250 and a very helpful forum member called Dane.
He has put together some code that will convert Easyweather data so I suggest you PM him and ask if he can help.

From the look of the File Manager, yes the directory path is in blue. I would also check this with your web space provider, because sometimes these fancy File Managers give a totally wrong directory path in FTP terms because they are "trying" to make it "user friendly" for their ...

Your home directory is going to be something like / , /htdocs or /public_html it is not the the domain name of the web site.

I think this is because you already have a web site at that URL with its own index page. Try creating a folder on your site such as "weather" and upload the files to there i.e. http://www.hattecamping.se/weather/ and then access the Cumulus website by using a URL like http://www.hattecampi...
