Cumulus assumes that you do.

Re: Wind directions
No problem with Cumulus, the wind vane is of poor design, I hope to get my quality control graphs going between my two stations and then experiment with the vane.

Re: Logging times discrepancy.
I've been thinking of switching to midnight myself. It probably does make more sense to most people viewing the data. It's funny that you've brought this up now, I had just been thinking of dropping support for 0900 in Cumulus 2. It makes the programming so much more complicated. I was going to run...

Re: weather connection
The only thing that gets turned off when I'm not using it is my notebook. I know the feeling, three main machines. My Firewall, My Server/WX machine, my main Workstation all 24 x 7 add to that my Cumulus notebook now, plus a couple of AP's some UPS's Switches and routers. Then there is the two note...

This guy needs to be ignored, maybe even dropped from the forum.
I am very happy with Cumulus for the purpose I have for it.

Re: Minus number for Temperature
I have had negative temps, they show correct in my records.htm page, I cannot say what may have displayed on the current veiw or the Cumulus console though, when it gets to minus I tend to stay tucked up in my bed

Re: stand alone WX system - PC free
I am running cumulus on an old small form factor notebook, IBM X31 I use the built in Wifi to transfer the files from Cumulus to my server, not exactly long range but with good AP's and directional aerials I can get quite a few KM (clear LOS)

Re: PHP Script - RealTimeLog PHP Script
As a follow up this script works fine on a WAMP (Windows PHP Mysql Apache) machine with PHP5 for windows installed. I had to use a seperate cron program to call it every 1 minute. No problems with overloading my system as Virtual cron seems to have low impact on system resources

Re: Cumulus Server Sided JpGraph Graphs
Sorry about the issues... I see the "bug" on Pos which is caused by the newer versions of JpGraph. As to cron... I need to think about this. I thought that Cpannel had support for both Unix Style and "Easy" cron entry types. I will have to look at on of my Cpannel Hosted servers...

Re: PHP Script - RealTimeLog PHP Script
All of them, but I have just twigged that I need to call them in a page with the freq specified so i tried your samp-graph.php and while it generates no errors it doesnt generate any graphs. Re: PHP Script - RealTimeLog PHP Script
The realtime log appears to be working as expected, it generates realtime.log entries as required.
The issue is with the graph php not reading this, now I am strictly a mod with cut and paste type with PHP so I get stuck real easy.
