Re: 15 Years
My first communication with Steve Loft was 1st August 2008 when he said he was just starting on cumulus 2. Not sure when I first started using Cumulus 1 as I moved and reset all the data from 2017. I would have installed my first wh1081 sometime earlier.

Re: Fine Offset station not responding. You may need to reset it (remove batteries and USB cable)"
57 stations and only 2 giving the problem. Pretty good odds I would say for Fine Offset Stations. Is it possible that the 2 stations giving a problem are in high wind areas as my Fine Offset station will give spikes and occasional "reset required" when the wind is strong. What else is arou...

Re: WH1080 Transmitter or New Station ?
I seal the casing on the transmitter with some Vaseline taking care not to cover necessary holes for temperature etc. Vaseline gets a bit grubby but wipes off easily.

Re: Problem
I've never used Select-a-graph but yes, if you display just Pressure then pressure displays OK. If you display anything else then pressure is just a line at the top of the graph. Looks like a fault that you can work around.

Re: Problem
They look OK for me. The pressure sensor is in the Inside Console so perhaps there is a problem in your Console?

Re: 2nd Anemometer Failing
Hi John
The beauty of the Consumer Guarantee Act is that a Distributor, Seller, Shop can't negotiate out of the the CGA.
The CGA only applies to NEW stuff but I think there can be a case for USED goods that are falsely advertised.

Re: replacement reference temp/hygrometer WH1080?
You mentioned that the Display might be heating the element.
You haven't converted the display backlight to be permanently on have you?

Re: 2nd Anemometer Failing
As a matter of interest, in New Zealand, we have the "Consumers Guarantee Act" which will give you protection for an Item, bought in New Zealand, for an expected lifetime a lot further than any Local Distributors Warranty. For example, I had a Hot Water Heat Pump that lost it's gas after 5...

That does look similar but the original is only 2 legged. Can you take the number from under the one in your console?
