You have copied the runtimes directory into the CumulusMX directory as these errors look suspiciously like an error I got when I didn't realise the runtimes directory is an essential part of the new CumulusMX 4.
I do not think that InstallCMX.exe will work on moving to CumulusMX V4 as this a major upgrade requiring additional facilities (i.e. .Net8 and file conversion). Please read this Topic viewtopic.php?p=179794#p179794

Sorry, but I can't do that because I removed 4022 with sudo rmdir -r command and then installed 3288 again. OK I had this happen and was busy posting it when I deleted the Version 4 Topic. You need to look in Settings > Calibrations > Outdoor Temperature and change Spike Removal to the default 999. In one case of my three running versions it did this because that setting was set to 6 instead of 999. I tho...
