Could you zip up a log file from your MXdiags folder that covers a crash, and attach it to a reply to this topic please.

Navigate to the directory ~/CumulusMX and then type

Code: Select all

dotnet MigrateData3to4.dll
You need to issue the command from within the same directory.

Re: How to start CumulusMX with dotnet in linux

I waited about 5 or 6 minutes and nothing happened, so I started CumulusMX from a console. How long did you have to wait and what happened, ie how did it work. Thanks Waiting doesn't work - you either have to reboot or issue the command systemctl start cumulusmx.service. It sounds like you've had a...

Advance notice of a forum outage

I have received the following from Ionos, who host this forum: Your VPS will be migrated in a non-controllable order between 22/05/2024 and the expected end date of 31/07/2024. You will be informed by email before each migration begins and again once it successfully concludes. As the migrations are ...

Re: Ecowitt Advice

Looks like your spike values are in Celsius whereas you use Fahrenheit. I would go through all your spike values and ensure they are sensible for the units you are using.

Re: Ecowitt Advice

You should switch on data and debug logging, leave it to run for 30 mins or so, then zip up your latest MXdiags file and attach it to a reply to this topic. That way we can see what the gw1000 is sending to MX in terms of raw data.

Re: Cron Doubt

Do you have your cron logging its error output? That will give you a clue about why it isn't working.

Re: Sunshine today

Zip up the whole folder and attach it to a reply. It looks as if you are restarting MX hourly. MX is designed to run continuously.

Could you please zip up your MXdiags log file and attach it to a reply to this topic. The file should cover the end-of-day rollover time.

Re: spam

What I have been doing is forcing the user to reactivate their account. I find that is more useful than resetting their password as the user has control of the process. It also means that if the spammer has compromised the users email and has access to the reactivation email, then when they next pos...
