Re: What's your station's Average Temperature?
This is for my longest running station. We are on a slight East facing slope and this seems to affect the temperature noticably. We are on the edge of what is known as Antrobus Moss - as it's name suggests a damp area!
As with Ray's there is no noticable trend.

Re: How to start CumulusMX with dotnet in linux
The software to migrate the data files to V4 is mentionedin the link Freddie gave. I would recomment studying that link fully BEFORE migrating. FWIW you can run V3 and V4 on the same machine so once you have copied and migrated your data files you can continue to log data with your working V3 set-up...

Re: Quality of data is the most important factor.
Dave, I have 3 Ecowitt station (WH65, WS68 and GW2001) and whilst the UV / Solar readings are in reasonable agreement I would not call them accurate. The problem with these 'inexpensive' weatherstations is that they measure the light level only and derive the W/sqM and UVI from generic formulas. Wha...

Re: Secondary rain gauge - how to access the data
Are you collecting data from the GW1100 with another instance of CMX? If so you should be able to 'export' the data either using the Extra Webfiles facility or if you are logging data to a database then extract the data from there for further processing.
