Re: Red light for web upload
Hello Perl, When you are looking at the Dashboard, click on Utils, then click on Latest Errors, that should show why the web upload is failing? Or another way is to have a look in the MXdiags folder, and have a look at the logs. I hope this information helps to sort out what is causing your errors. ...

Re: PHP uploads failing
No added information there, I'm afraid. My next step would be to look at the web server (and PHP if available) logs on your server. Hello Mark, Thank you for the information once again. I have had a look at the server, it is running PHP version: 8.1.27. Is the PHP logs, is it SSL logs by any chance...

That is a shame that no information showed up. What does this mean in the MXdiags log just after the error ...

PHP uploads failing
Hi All, I have also noticed this too, I find it is very intermittent, it looks as though it needs a load of errors, before it sends the email. I have attached my Cumulus MXdiags logs. I have also attached Cumulus MX Alarm Settings for your information to make sure I have got it setup right. MXdiags....

Re: Serial port problem
Hello Calrritos,
This is a long shot, but have a look in device manager in control panel and look at the comports and USB setting to make sure that power management save is turned off.
I hope this helps
Kind regards
Mike

I sent them a message at 13:55 and received a reply at 15:23 this is what they said: Your IP address was blocked by the server's firewall due to ModSec, and we've whitelisted the triggered rules for the domain branksomeweather.co.uk. I think that is a very long time to wait for a reply from them. A...

Mod security, again.. Screenshot 2024-01-23 124423.png I've unblocked myself via the client firewall area. The question is, why is this happening to multiple customers? It's awful. Re: CMX unresponsive
I have the same problem, who is your host company ?
It isn't Host Presto by any chance ?
Cumulus MX is working ok, however, Cumulus MX
cannot upload to the web server..
I did not receive any warning of this, from the company.
