You would have to post the log files to look at the duplicate entries issue - it isn't normal.

Correct, just rename the service file. The DLLs should not be renamed.

The CumulusMX.runtimeconfig.json file is included in the zip, so not sure why your second install does not have it?

I think this is key bot from that error message: lib/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.28' not found (required by /volume1/CumulusMX/runtimes/linux-arm/native/libe_sqlite3.so) You probably have an older version of libc installed - 2.27 maybe? I don't know how or if the version on Synology can be updated. ...

Nothing has changed in the alarm action code in Cumulus between v3 and v4

I had a quick look, there is an error if you do not specify any parameters. Put something in the parameters field and the task runs OK.

Look at "monthlyfileheader.txt" in the root folder
